Requirements for MetroBark clients:

  • Clients must be at least 12 weeks old and in good health.
  • All clients six months or older must be spayed or neutered. (veterinarian records required).
  • All clients must be up to date on vaccinations including Bordatella, and be on year-round heartworm and flea prevention medication (veterinarian records required).
  • All clients must be non-aggressive, and not food or toy protective.

Required Forms:

For your dogs first visit, bring in these completed forms. Drop your dog off any day before 8:00 am for the evaluation, and leave him with us for a minimum of five hours. If you don't hear from us, you're all set! (If you need to drop off later than 8:00 am, please call the day before.)
